We would like to welcome you to our vacation home. This home is primarily used by us and our family. We do allow on occasion, friends and people we know personally to enjoy our home. We endeavor to keep our home lovely and clean and would request your assistance in maintaining our home in that manner. Grocery Stores/Drug Stores:
There is a Publix store in the shopping center next to Berkshire Lakes, right off Santa Barbara. There is also a Sweetbay Grocery Store and a K-Mart off Golden Gate Parkway in Golden Gate. There are also Walgreens and CVS Pharmacies close by.
Beaches:
Naples has beautiful beaches. The closest public beaches are Lowdermilk Park and Naples Beach and Pier. Delnor Wiggins State Park and Vanderbilt Beach are also close by. Clam Pass Park Beach has a fun walk/shuttle ride through the mangroves before you get to the beach.
During season, parking can be limited at the beach access points, so finding a space can be difficult. You may need to go early and be patient. The fee to park is approximately $1.50 an hour. The State Park is quite nice and parking is an all-day fee.
You are welcome to use the beach items in the garage. Please just return them and put them back in the same place and condition as when you found them.
Golf Courses:
Golf Courses are plentiful but can be pricy. There are a set of clubs in the garage which you are free to use. Look for internet or newspaper specials. There is a relatively inexpensive community course in Golden Gate.
Pool:
You need the pool key to enter and exit the pool. The pool is 88 degrees and open from dawn until dusk. The pool is for the owners and guests at Partridge Point. Please be courteous and follow the pool rules posted at the pool.
